Programming an Old Style Fuji PXV3

TO PROGRAM YOUR PXV3 CONTROLLER OLD STYLE
  • Turn the power switch on.  The out light will be green.

  • Press and hold the SEL button until you see the letter P.

  • Press the DOWN ARROW until you see SV1

  • Press the SEL button once. Use the UP OR DOWN ARROWS select the temp you want the kiln to go to (EX 950 Deg)

  • Press the SEL button once.  Press the DOWN ARROW once to 7N1R

  • Press the SEL button once. Enter the time you want to get to SV1 (EX.2.30 IS 2 1/2 HOURS).

  • Press the SEL button then ARROW DOWN once to 7N1S

  • Press the SEL button. This is the soak time for SV1. Use the UP OR DOWN ARROWS for your soak time (EX. 1.00 IS 1 HOUR).

  • Press the SEL button.  ARROW DOWN to SV2

  • Press the SEL button once and enter the temp you would like (EX 700 DEG).  This is your second temp. 

  • Press the SEL button. ARROW DOWN to 7N2R

  • Press the SEL button.  This is your ramp time for SV2 (EX 3.00 HOURS).

  • Press the SEL button. ARROW DOWN to 7N2S.  This is your soak time for SV2

  • Press the SEL button. Press the DOWN ARROW until you see SV3

  • Press the SEL button once. Use the UP OR DOWN ARROWS select the temp you want the kiln to go to (EX 0 Deg)

  • Press the SEL button once.  Press the DOWN ARROW once to 7N3S

  • Press the SEL button once. Enter the time you want to get to SV3 (EX.0).

  • Press the SEL button then ARROW DOWN once to 7N3S

  • Press the SEL button. This is the soak time for SV3 Use the UP OR DOWN ARROWS for your soak time (EX. 0).

  • Press the SEL button. Press the DOWN ARROW until you see SV4

  • Press the SEL button once. Use the UP OR DOWN ARROWS select the temp you want the kiln to go to (EX 0 Deg)

  • Press the SEL button once.  Press the DOWN ARROW once to 7N4S

  • Press the SEL button once. Enter the time you want to get to SV4 (EX.0).

  • Press the SEL button then ARROW DOWN once to 7N4S

  • Press the SEL button. This is the soak time for SV4 Use the UP OR DOWN ARROWS for your soak time (EX. 0)

  • ARROW DOWN to NOD press SEL button. ARROW UP OR DOWN to (4) This should always remain on 4.  Press SEL button.

  • Wait 20 Sec until temp shows. This will stay at 4 unless you change it. DONT.

  • When you want to run the program hold SEL button until ROFF shows. ARROW UP to RRUN. Wait 20 seconds and your program will start.
